We do not accept returns, however we do offer exchanges of styles or store credits within 14 days of delivery.

All items sent back to us are at the expense of the sender. We do not provide reimbursement for shipping costs.

Please note the following for all exchanges:

  • Valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

  • We do not accept exchanges on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.

  • We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Duverah box provided.

  • All exchanges require authorisation.
