Warranty

 

Given the delicate nature of the hand-made process, we offer a one year warranty on all of our pieces. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jeweller to be faulty.

This warranty does not cover loss and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery and therefore, is not covered by warranty.

Any repairs requested after the offered one year warranty period could incur a repair and/or postage fees. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear. 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

*We cannot warranty any product that has been seen by another jeweller.

 

Faulty Items & Repairs

 

All jewellery is quality checked by a jeweller, however from time to time, there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a repair or replacement if the product was purchased within one year.

To arrange a return of a faulty piece, to either be repaired or replaced, please email us at info@duverah.com.

Please ensure your item is properly packaged, including the Duverah box it originally came in.

On a case by case basis, some repairs may incur repair and/or postage fees.

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.

Duverah pieces are delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care card that is enclosed within your order. 

Repairs required after the one year period are considered a result of general wear and tear.
