Do you ship overseas?

How long until my order is shipped?
- Once your order is placed please allow up to 3-7 business days before your order is shipped.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Orders shipped within Australia take 3-5 business days from shipping date depending on location. Orders shipped overseas usually take 7-14 business days from shipping date depending on location. *All shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
What shipping carrier do you use?
- We use Australia Post & Sendle.

What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, paypal & afterpay.
What currency do you use on your website?
- All pricing and currency displayed on the Duverah website is in AUS dollars.
Materials
What is sterling silver?
- Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.
What is vermeil?
- Typically, vermeil is a type of gold finished material that is composed of a thick layer of gold over solid sterling silver. The thickness of the gold portion is what really sets vermeil jewellery apart from simple gold-plated pieces. The thickness of the gold portion must be a hefty 2.5 microns.
What is the difference between a semi-precious and a precious stone?
- Precious stones are diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds. All other stones are considered semi-precious stones. However, this is a commercial based classification and was a distinction that marketers created years ago which gives the false impression that precious stones are more valuable than semi-precious stones.
My vermeil jewellery is turning silver, what can i do about this?
- Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. With all vermeil jewellery, over time, the top metal will wear away. Duverah pieces are delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care card that is enclosed within your order. We do not provide complimentary plating services but do recommend going to a jeweller to get your pieces re-plated.

How do i figure out my ring size?

I received my ring order, but it is the wrong size, what should I do?
- If you have ordered the wrong ring size, we do offer the option to swap sizes for all new purchase items within 7 days of delivery.
The style I purchased doesn’t suit me, can I change it for another style?
- We offer exchanges of styles or store credits within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Duverah box provided to be eligible for an exchange. Please refer to our ‘Exchange & Returns’ page below for more details.
